The Deliverables

Juwi GmbH is a project development company for energy supply plants from renewable energy sources based in Wörrstadt, The company is a 100% subsidiary of MVV.
Our task and challenge this time was to integrate the new employer brand into the existing website. Key requirements included re-branding JUWI as a company, making the career section more candidate-centric, and, most importantly, optimizing the company's application process.
The Challenge

We began by reviewing the existing careers section of the website to analyze what is currently available, identify areas for improvement, and determine what is still missing.
Our goals include presenting the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) defined by our partner, and integrating it with new visual imagery on the site. We need to ensure the site has enough authenticity through the use of videos, job profiles, and employee stories.
Key questions we are addressing:
Does JUWI have clear and compelling stories about their employees' backgrounds?
How should a well-designed career page perform?
By answering these questions, we aim to create a more engaging and effective careers section that attracts top talent.
Our solution

Each page should have a clear structure, with information grouped and displayed in sections. Users should be able to navigate directly to each section through anchor links, improving clarity and orientation.
Each page should include an "Information Plus" section at the bottom, along with an FAQ module and a contact module. This ensures users can find relevant and important information or contact JUWI directly.
We have redefined our target groups from two to four: pupils, students, young professionals, and professionals.
This realignment enables job seekers to quickly navigate the website and find useful, tailored information.
In addition to the new page structure, we are also reviewing the content and modules to ensure the existing modules can also effectively present the new content.
